Breakfast
Drink a glass of warm water as you wake up
2 Bananas
2 Boiled Eggs
Two slices whole-grain toast with one pat butter each
One cup of black coffee or herbal tea
Lunch
2 multigrain roti
1 bowl vegetable subji / non-veg subji
1 bowl boiled pulse chaat (rajma, chana, black chana, green moong etc)
Snacks
One banana
One cup plain yogurt with two tablespoons honey
Dinner
1 bowl of soya curry with 2 chapattis
1 small bowl of cucumber and tomato salad
