Breakfast
One cup corn flakes with one cup non-fat milk, honey and mixed fruits
handful of sunflower seeds
One cup of black coffee or herbal tea
Lunch
2 Whole-grain chapatti
1 bowl mixed vegetable
1 Small bowl baked or steamed fish
1 glass of water
Snacks
One fresh pineapple slice
Herbal tea
Dinner
1 small bowl Chana masala
1 small plate Brown rice
A bowl of salad with tomatoes, onions, cucumbers topped with salad dressing
Warm water with lemon juice
