Day 11 Diet

  • Early Morning: Warm water with cinnamon and ginger
  • Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs with Apple
  • Mid Morning: Sprouts
  • Lunch: 1 Phulka with Cauliflower curry and salad
  • Evening: Roasted Poha chivda with Black tea
  • Dinner: Mix veg soup with grilled paneer

DAY 11 WORKOut

  • Brisk Walking – 30 minutes
  • High knee Jumps with sumo squats- 30 repetitions each
  • Yoga stretches- 10 minutes
