Breakfast

  • Drink a glass of warm water as you wake up
  • 1 cup Low-fat milk
  • 1 bowl of poha
  • One cup of black coffee or herbal tea


Lunch

  • 2 multigrain roti
  • 1 bowl vegetable subji / non-veg subji
  • 1 bowl veg
  • 1 bowl dal
  • cucumber salad


Snacks

  • 1 cup watermelon
  • 1 cup green tea or herbal tea


Dinner

 

  • 200gm paneer bhurji
  • brown rice
  • One cup baked beans
  • One cup cooked carrots
