Breakfast
Drink a glass of warm water as you wake up
1 cup Low-fat milk
1 bowl of poha
One cup of black coffee or herbal tea
Lunch
2 multigrain roti
1 bowl vegetable subji / non-veg subji
1 bowl veg
1 bowl dal
cucumber salad
Snacks
1 cup watermelon
1 cup green tea or herbal tea
Dinner
200gm paneer bhurji
brown rice
One cup baked beans
One cup cooked carrots
