Breakfast

  • One cup corn flakes with one cup non-fat milk, honey and mixed fruits
  • handful of sunflower seeds
  • One cup of black coffee or herbal tea


Lunch

  • 2 Whole-grain chapatti
  • 1 bowl mixed vegetable
  • 1 Small bowl baked or steamed fish
  • 1 glass of water


Snacks

  • One fresh pineapple slice
  • Herbal tea


Dinner

 

  • 1 small bowl Chana masala
  • 1 small plate Brown rice
  • A bowl of salad with tomatoes, onions, cucumbers topped with salad dressing
  • Warm water with lemon juice
