1. Chickpeas and milk for pigmentation and sunburn

How to prepare:

  • In a bowl take 2 tablespoons of roasted chickpeas
  • Add raw milk to the chickpeas
  • Leave it as such for 2 hours
  • After 2 hours of soaking, they become soft enough.
  • Grind them coarsely. Do not make a fine paste out of it
  • Mix and keep aside
  • Some people might be wondering that instead of this Gram flour can be used. But the difference arises between the ingredients because of textures. So it’s better to use chickpeas for the remedy.

Benefits of ingredients:

Chickpeas have fatty acids in them which helps to improve the elasticity of the skin. It soothes skin tone and reduces the appearance of fine lines on the skin. It prevents premature wrinkles on the skin and adds a healthy glow to the skin upon usage.

Raw milk has great cleansing properties and helps to remove all sorts of dirt and build-ups from the skin. It deeply cleanses skin and is a rich source of fats, proteins, and carbs. It removes dead cells from the skin and adds a natural glow to the face.

When to use:

You can use this remedy once or twice a week depending on the need to exfoliate the face. This remedy will help to wipe od all dead skin cells and hyperpigmentation thereby revealing fresh and glowing skin.

How to use:

On a clean face apply this remedy and leave it as such for 15 to 20 minutes. In between keep massaging your face every 2 to 3 minutes In order to exfoliate the skin. Wash your face with normal plain water or warm water.

2. Oats & Sugar For pigmentation and sunburn

  • In a bowl take coarsely ground oats powder about 2 tablespoons
  • Add 2 tables spoons of brown sugar to it.
  • Then add coarsely ground raw chana dal to the mixture. Mix everything well and use raw water to dilute the mixture.
  • Mix well and keep aside.

Oats are rich in amino acids and vitamin B which helps to fight skin pigmentation and fades away dark spots from the skin. It’s even rich in antioxidants and helps to treat sunburns and damaged skin as well.

Brown sugar is a great skin exfoliator that helps to remove all sorts of dead skin cells from the skin. It’s rich in glycolic acid which helps to control Melanin formation and helps to make skin feel light.

Chana dal has great cleansing properties which help to remove all kinds of scars and dead skin from the face. It reveals a healthy glow and adds shine to the face upon usage.

When to use:

This remedy is great for exfoliation purposes and can be used twice a week for skin exfoliation. It helps to wipe off dead skin cells and give a healthy skin tone.

How to use:

Wash your face with good face wash and then use this remedy as a face scrub. Apply it evenly on the face and leave it as such for 15 to 20 minutes. When the mixture starts to dry off start scrubbing your face gently for 4 to 6 minutes. After scrubbing wash your face off with regular plain water.
