Seeds will get infused in water adding all its nutrients in the water till morning. Strain the jeera infused water.  Keep drinking that water during the day time.

2. Method of Preparing Jeera Water by Boiling.

In this method boiling of cumin or jeera takes place in 1 litre of water. This method will give you Jeera Water ready within five minutes. No need of soaking is required. This procedure may lead to damage of some important nutrients. Take 1litre of water in a pan and boil it. Add 2 tablespoons of Jeera seeds in the water when it starts bubbling. Remove the pan from the flame. Place a lid over the pan and cover it. Let it cool down up to room temperature. Pour the water into the glass jar or any bottle and drink it during the day time.
