  • Evening Time: Almonds and Walnuts(8,8)
  • Dinner: Chicken salad with vegetables

Day 12 Work Out:

  • Kick boxing: 20 minutes
  • Sumo squats: 10 to 15 times(2sets)
  • Bird dog: 10 to 15 times
