  • Breakfast: 2 ragi idli with chutney
  • Mid Morning: a bowl of sprouts
  • Lunch: 2 Multigrain roti with channa curry
  • Evening Time: An orange
  • Dinner: low fat paneer (50) grams salad with vegetables

Day 11 Work Out:

  • Rope Jumping: 20 to 25 times
  • Push ups: 10 to 15 times(2 sets)
  • Lunges: 10 times
