  • Evening Time: Handful of sunflower seeds
  • Dinner: Sprouts salad with vegetables

Day 10 Work Out:

  • Zumba Dance: 30 minutes
  • Superman : 10 to 15 times(2 sets)
  • Leg raises: 10 to 15 times
