  • Mid Morning: Thin buttermilk with Apple

  • Evening Time: 2 oranges
  • Dinner: 2 boiled eggs with Avocado

Day 5 Work Out:

  • Stair Climbing: 10 to 15 times
  • Wall sits : 10 to 15 repetitions (2 sets)
  • Bicycle crunches: 15 to 20 times(2 sets)
