  • Early Morning: Warm water with lemon
  • Breakfast: 4 moong dal appam with chutney
  • Mid Morning: Almonds and walnuts(8,8)
  • Lunch: Bajra khichdi with curd
  • Evening Time: Green Tea
  • Dinner: Chicken lemon stir fry(300) grams with vegetables

Day 9 Workout:

  • High knee Jumps: 20 to 25 repetitions
  • Split Squats: 10 to 15 times
  • Bird Dog : 10 to 15 repetitions (2 sets)
